This list comes from my own personal dealings and observations in Napa Family Court, research, talking to attorney's, witnessing the attorney's in court and feedback from those who have dealt with and or had their own attorney in the Napa Family Court. This list is what I wouild personally use if I needed an attorney in Napa.

Attorney's - Watch out for:

Lawyers from deliberately drag out (“churn,”) and or gaming the legal system to enrich themselves at your and or your families expense - Some Judges will allow this (don't forget that Judges were Attorney's at one time!).
The legal system was designed to make divorce spouses and their children whole again, not to allow attorney's to collect as much money as they can!

Ann Laninig	Watch OUT for Ann Laning!!! Tread Lightly with her If her name comes up to be used by the Court, I highly recommend you don't use her. Furthermore, Do Not Hisitate to File a Complaint against her if she is siding with opposing side without truly investigating the TRUTH! High Hourly rate may actually cost you less depending on your case as some of these attorney's get the case done quick.
Lower Hourly Rate attorney's I have found to be a great value if you don't have a high conflict and or complicated case.
- If your spouse is seeking to take away your children and and or destroy you, I highly suggest using Blevans or Lewis Firm.

= Basically, I am not a fan of the attorney and or the firm - that does not mean that you won't find them to be helpful. It appears based on my experience that these lawyers and or firm tend to inflame and aggravate a case to cause unessary harm and or increase billable hours.
